The business is currently run by a husband and wife team full time with some help from a casual employee in peak periods. It is an easy business to run with easy to host adult guests. The Location
The property is in Bathurst a major regional town located in the Central Tablelands of NSW, approximately 200 Kilometres west of Sydney on the western side of the Blue Mountains. It is the oldest inland settlement and where the first gold rush occurred in Australia. Today, Bathurst is a major tourist destination and its economy is broad based with a strong manufacturing industry, large education sector (including a major university campus) and government service sectors. It is the home of the internationally known racetrack Mount Panorama where a number of significant motor racing events are held throughout the year. During those events, the population swells with motor enthusiasts. Bathurst is also a destination for tourists interested in Australia’s gold history, convict past, genealogy, early Australian architecture and political history.
